It can take up to 3-5 days to dispatch your booth. After the product has been shipped, delivery timeframes can range between 10 -14 business days.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

Our free shipping option will take 7 to 14 business days, while the priority shipping will take 3 to 5 business days. If you are located overseas, it may take 14 to 21 business days for your item to arrive, and you should be aware that there may be import taxes that apply to your purchase. Please ensure to check this before placing your order.

Please note that we will not be responsible if you do not receive your item in time for an event you have booked due to any reason. Therefore, if you have an event scheduled, it is recommended that you discuss realistic delivery time frames with us to avoid any potential issues.

Because the King 360 Photo Booth is custom-made, returns are not permitted. However, we acknowledge that there may be instances when you may want to return your purchase due to a change of mind. Under certain circumstances, we may accept the return of the product provided that it is unused and in its original packaging. In such cases, we will refund the purchase price, minus the shipping fees and the return shipping cost will be your responsibility.

King 360 Photo Booth offers a one-year warranty that covers any defects or faults resulting from manufacturing issues in the platform parts, flight case, and motor. However, the warranty does not cover damages caused by wear and tear. If you experience any problems with the product, please contact support immediately to discuss the issue.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
